All levels of meditators should are welcome and no previous experience with meditation is required.
Slow Flow & Meditation - Allow yourself to unwind and restore from your busy day. The first 40 minutes of your practice will involve a carefully crafted series of gentle flows and postures, connecting you to your body and your breath through mindful movement, bringing you into the present moment. You’ll then be guided through a peaceful meditation practice to help reduce stress, and leave you feeling relaxed and re-charged. Please dress in layers, or feel free to bring a blanket as the body tends to cool in long periods of stillness. All levels of practice are welcome.

Qi Yin Yoga - The teaching of yin in the western world was developed by a martial artist, Pauline Zink in the 70’s. This is a slower-paced style of yoga, where postures are held for longer periods, anywhere from 45 seconds to 5 minutes (depending on posture and practitioner). The connective tissue in the body is moderately stressed with the aim to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Yin yoga has meditative quality as well, in which the practitioner is connected with his/her present moment and cultivates a stronger sense of inner awareness.
Qi Yin Yang Yoga - Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga, where postures are held for longer periods. The connective tissue in the body is moderately stressed with the aim to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. The active dynamic Yang practice adds postures which strengthen the body and build and inner fire. Yin Yang Class balances both Yin and the Yang of Yoga. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
